The prints and digs on this site are print on demand for many reasons, one of which is to make the products more sustainable and eco-friendly by not having to hold stock inventory, and for that reason, they may not be returned, exchanged, or returned unless there's evidence of a manufacturer's defect. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your purchase along with an email to hell,o@onoffwallart.com that includes a picture of the defect, so we can take care of it for you. All original paintings are OOAK and are also not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
